This is our signature item.   Ran-Getsu's Sukiyaki is said to be "The number one Sukiyaki in the world" by our traveling customers.   Sizzling sliced sirloin of beef creates a unique Japanese flavor.
This dish is appropriately named for the sound that thinly sliced sirloin of beef makes as it cooks in a delicious broth in a special "Nabe" or pot at your table.   It is prepared with fresh seasonal vegetables which, when cooked together with the beef, creates a delicious combination of flavors.  It is served with our original dipping sauces: sesame and lemon soy sauce.
