Welcome to RanGetsu, Orlando's ultimate Contemporary Japanese Dining and Entertainment experience! Our newest venue, RanGetsu at Lake Lily, together with our new and exciting Orchid Lounge, opened on April 2011 in our brand new facility overlooking Lake Lily Park in Maitland, just a mile north of Winter Park Village at 901 South Orlando Avenue (17-92). Our mission is "refining and re-defining Japanese dining" and complementing this with modern technologies and ambiance to make it a complete late night dining and entertainment experience. Our focus is to provide excellence in service to proudly serve a select urban modern menu from our Chef Yuichiro Yamanaka. Early and late, his kitchen will tempt you with dishes ranging from traditionally known Japanese fare, such as Tempura and Sushi, to sizzling morsels from our Robata grill, to the best steaks in the world, featuring our select Wagyu beef selections! Our ultimate goal is to make you forget where you are from the moment you join us to "Experience RanGetsu!"

In June 2011, RanGetsu celebrated its 65th anniversary of operations in the heart of the Ginza district of Tokyo Japan where it began in 1947 as a family operation founded by Mr. Masanori Konaka. Since those early years, RanGetsu continued to grow, initially led by Mr. Konaka's son Masayasu Konaka and currently by his grandson Masaaki Konaka, President of RanGetsu. In 1986 RanGetsu opened on International Drive in Orlando as part of our contribution to the cultural enrichment of the City and the multi-cultural themes of the opening of Epcot Center. The restaurant stood for a quarter century until we moved for the 2011 opening of "RanGetsu at Lake Lily," a new and unique dining experience in the City's Maitland-Winter Park area.

"RanGetsu at Lake Lily" was built from the ground-up to become one of Orlando's premier dining destinations and, with its Orchid Lounge, indeed one the premier entertainment destinations in all of Central Florida. In Japanese "RanGetsu" means 'Orchid Moon' and thus defines the soft and romantic spirit of our company. The addition of the Orchid Lounge further complements the modernization of RanGetsu by adding the energy and high tech elements we first introduced at RanGetsu at Lake Lily. This flagship restaurant therefore sets the standard for the new generation of RanGetsu!
