Suggesting great tasting food comes easy with a thorough knowledge of our menu. Your excellent people skills will put you at ease to interact with customers and help coworkers. Host/Hostess
First impression and last impression. You play a special role for Ran-getsu customers. Your warm, friendly greeting that welcomes each customer into our restaurant sets the stage for a positive dining experience. Your ability to engage in friendly conversation with the guest is key as you perform duties such as seating, offering menu suggestions, helping with beverages and light cleaning duties in the dining room. Their return often is determined by your sincere handling of their departure.

Cook
You are the maestro in the kitchen orchestrating food orders to come together timely, efficiently and in an eye pleasing way. You are adept at driving the tempo that keeps the kitchen up with the flow of business. Your knowledge and application of food safety principles is critical for the continued success of your restaurant. You take pride in following set recipes, cooking food to order and presenting a great looking plate while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Service Assistant
