What is "New Florida Cuisine"? It consists of fresh native Florida ingredients, such as fish, shellfish, fruits, and vegetables which are prepared in our own unique style, with a Japanese cooking technique. The concept of our Florida Experience includes combining our New Florida Cuisine with a sophisticated atmosphere to enhance the many unique characteristics that set us apart from ordinary Japanese restaurants.
